Last weekend was the parade for Taiwan Pride 2006 (photos, news, and more on the site) . . . lots of events including a wedding of a couple lesbians performend by Taipei Mayor and probable presidential hopeful Ma Ying-jeou . . . one thing about the press coverage is that a few media outlet photographers zoomed in on one shot in particular . . . with the caption “Lesbian showing off beautiful back in the parade!” (see caption with shot from ETToday here). That’s not just any lesbian or even a lesbian at all, that’s Akaneko, the wife of my netfriend Epicure. The couple were at the event as part of the alternatives participation support representing the folks at BDSM Taiwan See Epicure’s description of the media coverage here. I am pretty certain that when the media said they were interested in her beautiful back that they really meant her backside.
