Strangeness Indeed . . . an intriguing video clip of a magic act featuring juggling of dangerous objects (bowling balls are a nice touch), a chainsaw trick, and a very pretty assistant in a hot nurse outfit.  The performance seems to be a night sideshow deal . . . very reminiscent of my first year in Taiwan when I stumbled upon a Taoist Priest with a couple strippers, the guy summoned a demon to create magickal ash to sell as a medicine.  The strippers gathered a crowd first.  The guy in the video is not hawking magick powder, but he is definately performing within the streetside bizzarre magic theme.
