3D Scene in Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy

Looks like we’ll be carting anaglyph 3D glasses when we go see Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy after it opens here this weekend . . . as . . . there’s evidently a 3D Scene:

FYI: There is a scene in 3D in this movie, so bring some 3D glasses if you go. Details: at one point there is a floating head hologram – notice the red and blue edges – this is in 3D! (I heard this on NPR’s talk of the nation, and I’ve seen it without glasses).

hodgers says: As infinitely improbable as it may sound – and without knowing of the scene in question beforehand – I happened to have my 3D glasses with me at the cinema when I saw this film. I don’t think I could have been more pleased with myself for the rest of the day if I’d tried… 😉

Well, I want to be pleased with myself too . . . so I’ll be carting glasses . . . just in case.
