ASU’s decision theater ushers in new age in public policy . . .
. . . stereoscopic projection as part of policy decision

ASU’s decision theater ushers in new age in public policy . . . incorporating a real 3D stereoscopic theatre that projects the simulated results of public policy decisions, the Decision Theatre is supposed to let policy makers experience the results of various decisions so they can then make the right choice . . . kind of a primitive holodeck for decision makers . . . neat.

However, one needs to keep in mind that how media is used to portray such data can in itself be a biased representation that unintentionally pushes one agenda or primacy policy over others.

Still, neat idea . . . now, wouldn’t it be neat if the public could play in that puppy as well as high fallootin’ government and research types . . . especially if you tagged it into a fantasy or science fiction simulation roleplaying game? Hmmmm. Perhaps this is the protype for what the X-Box 2010 or the PS4 should be.

Not as unlikely as one might presume.
